WHO DO WE HELP?

Everyone suffers financial problems. Yes, that is right everyone at some time experiences financial problems, even Lawyers, Medicos, Bankers, Accountants, Bus Drivers, Office Managers, Truckies and Engineers to name a few.

Make an appointment and discuss your particular problem with one of our Directors.

Debt can be a complex issue and sometimes daunting to deal with. There may be more than one solution, this is where Debt Crisis Solutions can help.

WHAT WILL IT COST ME?

Debt Crisis Solutions will:

  • provide you FREE initial advice;
  • perform a FREE financial assessment of your current financial position; and
  • will explain your options and recommend a course of action which is in your interest and suits your requirements.

If you accept our recommendation and prefer that we deal with your creditors, we then charge a fee depending on the course of action.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FIX THE PROBLEM?

The likely time to financial independence depends on the course of action, the extent of your liabilities and available income.

Debt Consolidation can take around 4 to 6 weeks, creditor negotiations depend on the arrangement negotiated and where a formal arrangement is sought, the timing will depend on the offer and acceptance by your creditors.

DEALING WITH DEBT

If you are in debt and finding it hard to cope, it is important to deal with the problem immediately.

Don’t wait for the debt collector to call or the bailiff to visit. The longer you wait the worse the problem becomes for you as interest may accrue, collection and legal fees could be charged and your assets may ultimately be either seized or repossessed.

STEP 1.
  • Make a list of all your debts.
  • Number the debts in order of their priority.
STEP 2.

Now, draw up a personal Budget by:

  • Listing your income; and
  • List all your personal living expenses.
STEP 3.
  • Work out whether you have any surplus funds.

Now that you have worked out what funds (if any) you have available to deal with your debts, it is now time to consider what options you have to deal with your debts. This is where Debt Crisis Solutions can help.
